Security Hollow Metal Doors

Beacon is proud to introduce our new line of hollow metal door and frame products from Security Hollow Metal.

Hollow metal doors are highly durable and are often selected for exterior openings as well as interior where commercial grade performance and security is needed.

Security HM offers three gages of doors: 20 gage (SD series), 18 gage (HD series), and 16 gage (extra HD series). The HD series doors offer a beveled edge and the SD series is available with a square edge. Beveled edges offer a tighter clearance while the square edge doors allow for more flexibility when installing the door in the frame.

The doors come with either honeycomb or polystyrene cores, both of which can be fire rated up to 3 hours. Polystyrene cores provide additional insulation for reducing the transfer of heat and cold.

All of their doors are A60 galvannealed as the standard option with primer for painting.

Security HM also offers the Apex series hollow metal frames available in 12, 14, and 16 gage thicknesses and in with the A60 galvannealed finish with primer.
