You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

2. Products

We sell physical goods only. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at checkout using accepted credit card methods. Prices may change without notice.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and delivery location. A handling fee may be applied to each order.

Estimated processing time is 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be in resellable condition. Used, installed, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We may require photos or documentation before issuing a replacement or refund.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is refused or returned to us, any refund will be issued minus original shipping costs and a 35% restocking fee.

10. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
