Our Process
At Beacon, we streamline quoting, fabrication, and delivery to keep your project on time and on spec, no matter the size.
How We Keep Your Project Moving
-
Hardware and doors are checked in for accuracy
-
Doors are sent down our pre-install line where accessories are installed first on the door such as hinges and kickplates.
-
Locks and closers are then installed. We also test electronic hardware to make sure it operates properly.

Once the doors are on the job site, they can be quickly swung in the frame and final attachments and adjustments can be made for a fast, efficient installation
Beacon CDL is innovating the way that doors and hardware are installed. Our installers can pre-install the hardware on the doors in our shop before anything is ever delivered to the job site, reducing clutter and storage space necessary on-site.
Once they are delivered to the project, the “pre-installed” doors simply have to be swung in the opening. A few minor adjustments may be needed and then the opening is completed. Time spent at each opening is greatly reduced. What used to take several days can now be completed in just hours.
