Refund Policy

Returns

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be in resellable condition. Used, installed, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may require photos before issuing a resolution.

Refused Shipments

Refunds for refused or undeliverable shipments will be issued minus shipping costs and a 35% restocking fee.
